Step 1 Enter your order number and the email address you provided when making your purchase. The system will check whether your order is eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Products that have been assembled, made to the customer’s individual specifications, or mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.
Step 2 Please pack the returned item in its original packaging and secure it so that it is not damaged during transit. The product should not show any signs of use beyond what is reasonable for inspecting the item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
Step 4 Once we have received the parcel, we will check the condition of the item and approve the return in our system. We will refund the money immediately, within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
