This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection and use by us of the personal data of our customers who purchase in our online store available at the domain https://inmondo.pl (hereinafter: Store) and using the services and functionalities available as part of the Store.

1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

2. PRIVACY POLICY
We process your personal data in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the directive 95/46 / WE (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
The policy applies to all our clients (current, potential and former clients), in accordance with the law, we are obliged to store some personal data also for a certain period of time after the end of our relationship and, to a limited extent, to people who use our Store without being ours. customers (people visiting the Store).

What data we collect and process depends on how you use our Store. The data we collect in connection with the use of the Store include, in particular:

1. data allowing identification of the Store's Customer (e.g. name, surname, contact details);
2. transactional and financial information (e.g. payment details), information regarding orders, purchases, returns, discounts;
3. data on the preferences and preferences of the customer (e.g. data on how often the user visits our Store, which Products he is interested in - based on the number of clicks on a given Product).

If, in order to perform a sales contract or perform another service available as part of the Store, please provide personal data, some of the fields may be marked as fields, the completion of which is mandatory, due to the fact that this data is necessary for us to performance of a contract or service. In this case, if you decide not to provide us with this data, you may not be able to use some of the functions or services in the Store.

4. FOR WHAT PURPOSE WE COLLECT DATA Depending on how you use our Store, we may process your personal data for one of the following purposes:

1. registering in the Store, i.e. creating a Customer Account - we will need the data necessary to identify the user and grant access to the Account. The basis for data processing in order to register and create an Account is the performance of the contract, i.e. the implementation of the provisions of the Store Regulations (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
2. conclusion and implementation of a sales contract or contract, therefore we process data in order to perform the Order, including providing information about its details, managing payments for purchased Products, managing possible returns after making a purchase, issuing an invoice or receipt, implementing other available in the Store services related to rebate points or special offers and promotions. The basis for processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
3. pursuing or securing any claims, which is our legitimate interest as the administrator of personal data (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
4. handling inquiries submitted via e-mail. We process data for this purpose on the basis of a concluded contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) or, if the inquiry concerns the rights referred to in this Privacy Policy or complaints about our Products, the basis for data processing may also be the requirement to fulfill legal obligations imposed on us (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
5. analysis of the usability of our Store and its improvement, i.e. for analytical and statistical purposes - we process data to investigate how users use the pages of our Store. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), which in this case is the improvement of the quality of services or Products offered by the Administrator.
6. presenting personalized marketing content tailored to the user's interests, we can learn about his preferences, e.g. by analyzing how often the user visits the Store, which Products he was interested in (e.g. by analyzing the number of clicks on a given Product or adding it to the wish list) . The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), which is a better understanding of our clients' expectations and adapting services to their needs.

5. FOR WHAT PERIOD WE PROCESS THE DATA
We will process the personal data of our customers and visitors to the Store only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, i.e.

• for the period in which you are registered in the Store, i.e. you have a Customer Account;
• for the period necessary to perform the contract for the sale of Products and after-sales service, i.e. the period necessary to implement any returns or complaints, and for the period resulting from legal provisions (including the Accounting Act), and after that for the period provided for by law for investigation or securing any claims;
• if we process your data on the basis of your separate consent, we will process it for the period indicated in the consent declaration, but never longer than until it is withdrawn;
• in the case of marketing activities, the implementation of which is our legitimate interest, we will process the data until you object to their further processing.

6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access your data and obtain a copy of it, the right to rectify the data if it turns out to be incomplete or incorrect, the right to delete your data or limit its processing, the right to transfer data to another administrator and if the processing takes place on the basis of on the basis of the consent granted, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on its basis prior to its withdrawal.

In addition, you have the right to object to the further processing of your data.

You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

7. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
We will share your data only with our trusted partners, i.e. entities supporting us in the scope of the services we provide, such as: financial institutions, technology service providers, transport, postal and delivery service providers, customer service providers, providers of services related to promotion and advertising. In the event that one of our suppliers is based in a country outside the EEA, in each case we make sure that they provide appropriate data security guarantees, which is confirmed by having an appropriate certificate, e.g. Privacy Shield (in relation to US entities) which you can check by clicking on the link below: https://www.privacyshield.gov/list or the Standard Contractual Clauses signed with us and approved by the Commission.

8. OTHER INFORMATION
Providing your personal data is completely voluntary, but it may be necessary to conclude a sales contract or to provide certain functionalities of the Store. Therefore, the consequence of not providing them may be, in some cases, the inability to conclude a sales contract, create a customer account or answer your question. As part of the Store, there may periodically appear links pointing to other websites. Such websites operate independently of our Store and are not supervised by us. They may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before using such a website. The store is not responsible for the rules of handling the data of the operators of these websites.

We make every effort to secure your data and protect it against unauthorized actions of third parties. We use the necessary server security to protect data, in particular the SSL protocol certificate. All connections related to the performance of electronic payments, if this option is selected, will be made via a secure encrypted connection. However, the actions we take may turn out to be insufficient if you do not follow the security rules yourself, in particular, it is important to keep the login and password to the Account confidential and not to disclose them to third parties. In order to prevent the use of the Account by unauthorized persons, please remember to log out after using the Store.

The provisions of this Privacy Policy may change, inter alia, in the event of a change in the functioning of the Store, changes, new services or functionalities. We will immediately inform about any changes to the Privacy Policy on the Store's website.

9. COOKIES POLICY When using the Store, user data such as IP address, domain name, browser type are automatically collected. These data may be collected by cookies or other similar mechanisms such as the Google Analytics system, the Web Beacon system, and may also be saved in the server logs. The indicated mechanisms are used to make it easier for users to use our Store, learn about the preferences regarding the use of the Store, display advertisements and information tailored to the user's preferences. Cookies are small text files sent by the Store to your end devices (e.g. computer, phone, tablet, etc.) when using the Store. These files usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

Cookies are used, among others to:

1. adjusting the content of the Store's pages to the user's preferences and optimizing the use of the Store, in particular, these files allow to recognize the Store's user's device and properly display the Store's website tailored to his individual needs;

The store uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics collects cookies constituting information about website visits and the user's system profile (including his IP address). This information is transferred to Google and stored by it on servers in the United States. Google uses this information for the purpose of evaluating the user's use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Users' IP addresses are not combined with any other data held by Google. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this information on behalf of Google.
