Zamówiłem od Inmondo łóżko domek Lulu. Jakość i cena bardzo dobre, nie do porównania ze standardem ikea. Made in Poland, prawdziwe drewno, tańsze niż łóżka zagraniczne. Co tu więcej dodać — polecam! Cieszy też, że polskie firmy wreszcie potrafią ładnie produkt sprzedać i opakować — mam tu na myśli stronę internetową firmy, branding (logo itp.). Wszystko w punkt. Dodam jeszcze, że wielką zaletą tego łóżka jest to, że można je skręcić na 3 różne sposoby, w zależności od potrzeb i wieku dziecka. Opcjonalna barierka pozwala zapobiec sturlaniu się 2-latki podczas snu, jak będzie większa można odkręcić. Obsługa klienta OK, odpisali na mail z zapytaniem o dostawę tego samego dnia. Starczy tego słodzenia! Idę sobie ponarzekać gdzie indziej :).

Dziękujemy za szybszą niż początkowo zakładano realizację zamówienia. Tylko ostatnie miejsce odbioru zostało trochę pomieszane. Warto sprawdzić przyszłe dostawy w Poznaniu.

Kontakt z firmą bardzo utrudniony. Oczekiwanie na jakąkolwiek decyzję ponad 3 tygodnie i brak kontaktu. Meble super, tutaj nie mam zastrzeżeń, ale obsługa klienta poniżej przeciętnej.
