1. Is the furniture delivered fully assembled?

No, our furniture is delivered in self-assembly packs. In the kit you will find detailed instructions and all necessary components. Assembly is simple and intuitive.

2. How long will I have to wait for my order to be processed?

Lead times depend on product availability. Information on lead times is given on each product page. For off-the-shelf products, the lead time is usually 2-5 working days.

3. Can I collect the furniture in person?

Yes! We offer personal collection from our warehouse in Poznań (Hetmańska Street - Warehouse). Please note, however, that most of the furniture is delivered from the main warehouse, so the preparation time for collection may extend by a few days.

5. Do you offer a furniture removal service?

The transport company we use (GEODIS) does not offer a delivery service. It is advisable to organise help to pick up your order - furniture is delivered on pallets.

Yes, simply tick the appropriate box when placing your order and enter your invoice details. You will receive your invoice electronically to the e-mail address you have provided.
